Attorney Kelsey Rushing joined the staff November 1, 2010.  Mr. Rushing has a bachelors and masters degree from the University of Southern Mississippi in Political Science and graduated Cumberland School of Law in 1999.  He has experience as both a lawyer and municipal court judge.  His extensive criminal practice includes defense counsel in three capital murder cases.
