Lela Hubbard, LMSW, joined the staff in December 2008, as a Mitigation Investigator.  Ms. Hubbard received her master’s degree from Jackson State University School of Social Work in 1998.  She has worked professionally as a social worker in both Behavioral Health and Family Services.  In 2008 she received a Paralegal certificate from Mississippi College where she received the 2008 Outstanding Senior Paralegal Award.
